What’s Included:
6 hours of tabling between 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
One 6’ table and two chairs

Who Can Table
We welcome businesses, campus departments, nonprofits, and community organizations. Whether you're looking to advertise, recruit, or raise awareness, tabling is a great way to connect directly with students.
Please note: On-site sales are not permitted under this agreement. If you’d like to sell products or services, ask us about our sales-based vendor contract option.
Rates
Single-Day Tabling: $300
Three-Day Package: $750
Add-ons like additional time, space, or storage may be available upon request for an extra fee.
Additional Info
Parking is available in the nearby Grand River Parking Ramp (hourly rate applies).
Food or drink distribution must be pre-approved.
Latex, alcohol, drug, and nicotine products are not permitted.
Vendors must remain in their assigned space and respect MSU’s policies on conduct, safety, and accessibility.
