UAB Members and Volunteering
Our office, located in Room 333 of the MSU Union, is open to any students who want to ask questions about becoming more involved! Please feel free to visit us during business hours Monday through Friday.
UAB is open to all undergraduate students at Michigan State. Membership is free and open all year long to any student who wants to become involved or attend our events. New members are welcome and encouraged weekly! You can join us at one or all of the following:
- Weekly Member Connect Meetings on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 (Lake Huron Room, MSU Union).
- Project Based Office Hours throughout the week to work with UAB coordinators on events. To find a list of drop in office hours for our specific coordinator staff, please go to our social media @UABatMSU and find our pinned post.
- Volunteer at any UAB events by going to https://spartansvolunteer.msu.edu/need/.
- Email us with any questions regarding membership at uab@msu.edu
COORDINATORS
UAB’s annual selection process begins in February of spring semester to select the student UAB Coordinators who lead UAB during the next academic year. If you are interested in taking on a leadership role with UAB, watch for information and consider applying to be a UAB Coordinator! A leadership position in UAB helps you develop skills in planning time management, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, budgeting, communication, creativity, and so much more. If you have any questions about becoming a UAB coordinator, feel free to email uab@msu.edu.
FRONT DESK TEAM
UAB hires a team each year to facilitate daily operations as our front desk team. They support not only the student-driven events but also the graduate assistants and professional staff.
